1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how OBC RevolutiON DOOEL (“we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, protects, and processes your personal information when you use our mobile applications, websites, and services — including SnookerON, BilliardON and DartsGameON (together, the “Platform”).
Your privacy and security are extremely important to us. We follow international data protection standards, including GDPR principles, even if not legally required in your jurisdiction.
By creating an account or using any part of the Platform, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
2. Company Details
This Platform is owned and operated by:
- OBC RevolutiON DOOEL
- Address: 29 Noemvri 69-3, Skopje, North Macedonia
- Website: revolution.mk
This company is the data controller for all personal information collected through the Platform, including SnookerON, BilliardON and DartsGameON.
3. Information We Collect
We follow a strict data minimization policy — we collect only what is necessary for account creation and platform operation.
3.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Email address
- Username
- Profile picture
This information is required to identify you on the Platform, allow login, and display your identity to other users.
3.2 Verification Information
- Email verification status
- SMS confirmation code and confirmation status
We do not store the full SMS message — only confirmation that the verification was completed.
3.3 Automatically Collected Information (Minimal)
- Device type
- App version
- IP address
- Basic usage logs (e.g., login times, errors)
This information is used solely for platform security and technical troubleshooting.
3.4 Special Categories We Never Collect
We do not collect, request, or store any of the following:
- Home or delivery addresses
- Payment card numbers or other card details
- Government identifiers such as passport or national ID numbers
- Special categories of data such as ethnicity, health data, biometric data, religious beliefs, or political opinions
3.5 Orders, Payments and Invoicing
We sell software subscriptions only, so there is nothing to ship and we never ask for a delivery address. When you place an order we hold the record of it — what was purchased, when, and the amount — together with the billing details that tax law requires on an invoice: the billing name or club name, company name and tax number where applicable, and the country, city and postcode.
Payments are handled entirely by our banking partner. Card numbers never reach our servers, and we do not process or store them. We retain invoicing records for as long as accounting and tax law requires us to.
3.6 Google Account and YouTube Data (Optional)
If — and only if — you choose to connect a YouTube channel in order to stream your matches, we access a limited set of data from your Google Account. This is entirely optional, is never required to use the Platform, and is described in full in Section 8: Google and YouTube User Data, including exactly how that data is protected, how long it is kept, and how you can delete it.
4. How We Use Your Information
4.1 To Create and Maintain Your Account
- Allowing login and cross-platform access
- Displaying your username and profile photo publicly
- Keeping your account secure
4.2 To Provide and Improve the Platform
- Delivering feed, posts, comments, and matches
- Displaying live match follow options
- Enabling premium features
- Fixing technical issues
4.3 For Verification and Security
- Email and SMS confirmation
- Fraud prevention and abuse prevention
- Identifying suspicious or harmful activity
4.4 For Notifications
We may send:
- Account verification messages
- Subscription expiration reminders
- Changes to terms or privacy policy
- Critical platform announcements
We do not send promotional spam.
4.5 For Legal Obligations
We may retain data where required to prevent illegal activity, respond to legitimate legal requests, and protect platform integrity.
5. User-Generated Content
When you post content (text, photos, comments), it may be visible to other users, reviewed if it contains photos or links, and removed if it violates our Terms or Community Guidelines. We do not access private data that you have not shared publicly.
6. Sharing of Personal Information
6.1 We Never Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we never disclose it to any third party for that party’s own marketing, advertising, or commercial purposes. The only disclosures we make are the limited operational ones in Section 6.2 and the legal ones in Section 6.3.
6.2 Limited Operational Sharing
To run the Platform we use a small number of service providers, who receive only the minimum information needed to perform their task on our behalf:
- Email delivery providers (for verification and account emails)
- SMS providers (for verification codes)
- Hosting and technical service providers (for app and website functionality)
- Our banking partner (for processing payments)
- Our accountant (for the invoicing records that tax law requires)
These providers act only on our instructions, may not use your data for any other purpose, and are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations. Google is not in this list: data connected with the YouTube integration is never shared with any of these providers — see Section 8.4.
6.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose information only if required by law, such as valid court orders, police investigations, or fraud/abuse cases.
7. Data Storage and Security
7.1 Data Protection Standards
We apply the following technical and organisational safeguards to all personal information we hold, including any data obtained from third-party services such as Google and YouTube:
- Encryption in transit: every connection between your device and the Platform, and every call we make to third-party APIs, is encrypted using HTTPS / TLS. We do not transmit personal information over unencrypted connections.
- Restricted storage: personal information and authorisation credentials are held in databases that are not publicly reachable and are protected by network-level and server-level access controls.
- Need-to-know access: access is limited to a small number of authorised personnel who require it for operation, support, or security, and is used only for those purposes.
- Credential isolation: streaming credentials and third-party authorisation tokens are never displayed to other users, never included in client-side code or public pages, and never returned by any public endpoint. Each account can reach only its own credentials.
- No onward disclosure: we do not sell, rent, trade, or transfer personal information to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising, profiling, or training machine-learning or AI models.
- Maintenance: server software and application dependencies are kept up to date, and access to administrative tools is restricted and authenticated.
7.2 Limited Access
Only authorized staff may access user data, strictly for operational reasons.
7.3 Data Location
Your information may be stored on secure servers located inside or outside North Macedonia, depending on our hosting provider.
7.4 Data Retention and Deletion
We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, and we apply the following retention periods:
- Account information (email, username, profile picture): retained for as long as your account is active.
- Match, tournament, and other activity records: retained for as long as your account is active, so that historic results and statistics remain accurate.
- Verification records (email and SMS confirmation status): retained for as long as your account is active. Confirmation codes themselves are short-lived and are not retained after verification.
- Security and access logs (IP address, login times, errors): retained for a maximum of 12 months, then deleted.
- Order and invoicing records: retained for the period that accounting and tax law requires us to keep them, independently of whether your account is still active.
- Google and YouTube data: retained as described in Section 8.
Deleting your data. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting support@revolution.mk from the email address registered to your account. We will verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days. Deletion removes your account information, profile picture, and any third-party authorisation tokens we hold for you.
After deletion, we retain only what we are legally required to keep — records needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or prevent fraud and abuse. These are kept for the minimum period the law requires and are then deleted.
8. Google and YouTube User Data
The Platform — SnookerON, BilliardON and DartsGameON — allows a club or a player to optionally connect their own YouTube channel, so that matches played on our scoreboards can be streamed live to that channel automatically. This section describes exactly what Google user data we handle, how we protect it, how long we keep it, and how you can delete it. Connecting a YouTube channel is entirely optional — the Platform is fully usable without it, and we access no Google data unless you explicitly connect a channel.
8.1 What We Access, and Why
When you choose “Connect YouTube”, Google asks you to sign in and to approve access. We request a single permission:
- Manage your YouTube account (
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube)
We use this permission for one purpose only: creating and managing the live broadcasts of your own matches, on your own channel. Specifically, we:
- create a live stream and a live broadcast on your channel when a match begins;
- bind the broadcast to the stream and set its title, description, and privacy setting;
- start the broadcast when the match starts, and end it when the match finishes;
- read back the status of those streams and broadcasts, so the Platform can show whether you are currently live.
We do not read, modify, or delete any other content on your channel. We do not access your existing videos, playlists, comments, subscribers, messages, analytics, or monetisation data, and we do not post anything on your behalf beyond the match broadcasts described above.
8.2 Google Data We Store
Once you connect a channel, we store only the following:
- Your YouTube channel ID.
- The email address of the Google Account used to connect, shown back to you so you can see which account is linked.
- An OAuth authorisation token issued by Google, which allows us to create your broadcasts when a match starts without asking you to sign in every time.
- The identifiers of the live streams and broadcasts we create for your matches.
We never receive or store your Google password.
8.3 Limited Use of Google User Data
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
In particular, data obtained through Google APIs is never:
- sold, rented, traded, or transferred to any third party;
- used for advertising, remarketing, profiling, or building user profiles;
- used to train or improve generalised machine-learning or artificial-intelligence models;
- used for any purpose other than providing the live-streaming feature described in Section 8.1;
- read by our staff, except where you have specifically asked us for support, or where it is strictly necessary to investigate a security incident or comply with the law.
8.4 How We Protect Google User Data
In addition to the safeguards in Section 7.1, which apply to all data we hold, the following protections apply specifically to Google user data:
- Encrypted transmission: your authorisation is exchanged with Google and used exclusively over HTTPS / TLS. It is never sent over an unencrypted connection.
- Server-side only: your Google authorisation token is used only by our servers. It is never sent to a browser, a mobile app, a scoreboard device, or any client-side code, and it is never returned by any public endpoint or API.
- Restricted storage: it is held in a database that is not publicly reachable and is protected by network-level and server-level access controls, on a need-to-know basis.
- Strict isolation: your authorisation can only ever be used to stream your own matches to your own channel. No other user, club, or account on the Platform can access, view, or use it.
- Minimum scope: we request the narrowest permission that makes the feature work, and no others.
- No onward sharing: Google user data is not shared with any of our service providers, partners, or analytics tools.
8.5 How Long We Keep Google User Data
- Your authorisation token is kept only for as long as your channel remains connected — that is, until you revoke our access, ask us to disconnect the channel, or delete your account.
- Your channel ID and connected Google email address are kept for the same period, and are removed when the channel is disconnected or your account is deleted.
- Broadcast and stream identifiers for past matches are kept alongside the match record so that historic matches keep a working video link. They contain no personal information beyond the public YouTube video reference.
Once your channel is disconnected, the authorisation token, the connected Google email address and the stored channel ID are deleted from our systems, and we keep no copy of them for any other purpose. If you revoke access at Google without telling us, our access stops immediately, and the stored record is removed when you ask us to disconnect the channel or when you delete your account — see Section 8.6.
8.6 How to Revoke Access and Delete Your Google Data
You are in control, and you can withdraw our access at any time. There are two independent routes, and you may use either or both:
- Revoke access directly at Google. Visit https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, select our application, and choose “Remove access”. This takes effect immediately and permanently stops us from being able to reach your YouTube channel. You do not need our involvement or permission to do this.
- Ask us to delete the stored data. Email support@revolution.mk from the address registered to your account and ask us to disconnect your YouTube channel. We will delete the stored authorisation token, the connected Google email address, and the stored channel ID within 30 days of verifying your request.
Deleting your Platform account, as described in Section 7.4, also deletes all Google user data we hold for you.
8.7 YouTube Terms
The live-streaming feature uses the YouTube API Services. By using it, you are also agreeing to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s own handling of your information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. We recommend reading both.
9. Your Rights
- Right to Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to Correction: Request correction of incorrect or incomplete information.
- Right to Deletion: Request deletion of your account and personal data, except where retention is legally required.
- Right to Restrict Processing: Request limitation of how your information is used in certain cases.
- Right to Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent for email or SMS notifications (except essential system notices).
To exercise any right, contact: support@revolution.mk
10. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our websites may use essential cookies for login sessions, security, and basic analytics. We do not use advertising cookies, behavioral tracking cookies, or third-party marketing trackers.
11. Children’s Privacy
Our Platform is not intended for children under the legal minimum age in their region. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors without appropriate consent. Accounts found to belong to underage users may be suspended or removed.
12. Third-Party Links
The Platform may contain links to YouTube videos, external cue-sport websites, and club streaming services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external websites.
13. Account Suspension & Data Handling
- Your posts may be deleted
- Your access is permanently revoked
- Premium subscriptions are not refunded
- Limited data may be stored for legal or security purposes
14. International Transfers
If your data is processed outside your country, we ensure encryption, secure transfer protocols, and compliance with international privacy laws.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Users will be notified through the app or by email. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated policy.
